Our Home Banking services provide many time-saving

feature to our Home Banking line - Mobile Text. With Mobile

We would like to extend our sympathy to
the family of our Cards of Hope artist Brogan
Raddish, who passed away on November
23rd, at the age of 14, after a long and
courageous battle with cancer. Brogan was
a creative, charismatic and compassionate
young lady. We wish the best for her family
during this very difficult time.

Bayer Heritage FCU understands the importance
education plays on the future of our young
members. That's why - in addition to providing
loan solutions to fund education - we sponsor
a scholarship program that assists graduating
seniors with higher education costs. Bayer
Heritage FCU annually awards a total of $11,000
in scholarship funds. The funds are paid directly to
the school to be applied towards tuition, books or room and board.
- You must be a primary accountholder at Bayer Heritage FCU.
(Parents' accounts do not qualify you.)
- You must be a graduating high school senior at the time of application.
- You must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0.
Scholarship winners are determined by a random drawing. To apply, simply stop
by the credit union. Include a sealed copy of your high school transcripts with
your GPA along with your application.

It's always good to have a safety net. Bayer Heritage FCU recognizes that a
non-sufficient funds situation may occur on a member's account. Because
many members wish their items to be paid in these situations, we offer a
paid overdraft program, known as Courtesy Pay.* All members with Checking
Accounts in good standing are enrolled and will automatically receive overdraft
protection on all transactions up to $750. Types of transactions eligible for
Courtesy Pay are: Checks, ACH, ATM and Debit Cards. There is a $25.00 per item
Courtesy Pay overdraft fee for this service. There is no daily limitation on the
number of fees. To find out if you are eligible to enroll or un-enroll, please call (800) 272.6003 ext 1477 for Member Services.
*Courtesy Pay is a discretionary, non-contractual courtesy. The member has a continuing right to choose to revoke consent for our

With many of our servicemen and servicewomen serving
abroad, Bayer Heritage FCU wanted to do something to provide
them with a little piece of home this holiday season. To do so,
Bayer Heritage FCU partnered with Boatsie's Boxes, a local nonprofit
out of Wheeling, WV, that is dedicated to supporting our
deployed troops. We collected items to fill Christmas stockings
to send this season. We are proud to say that with the support
of Bayer Heritage FCU members, we were able to donate 180
filled stockings and collected $464.75 for shipping costs. It's a
small way of thanking these brave men and women who do so

Due to hard work, great products and service you can
trust, we have successfully grown as an organization. As we
discussed in the last edition of the newsletter, this evolution
of the credit union has given us a complex and broad
framework that reaches beyond only Bayer employees. We
want a name and identity that reflects this. To encompass
all of our members, we have decided to undergo a name
change to accurately symbolize our extensive membership
base.
As we begin to undertake this re-branding, we would like
to remind you that we are not merging with any other
financial institutions nor is this part of any type of buyout.
While the name and look will change, we will still be the
same sound and secure credit union you know and trust.
Your credit union is here to serve you and we will always
do so with integrity and your best interest in mind. We
will carry on our Bayer Heritage roots, and we will never
lose sight of where we've been. As we enhance our brand,
we will continue to offer the great services and products
you have come to expect. We want to ensure that this

Payments from your IRA are subject to federal income tax withholding,
