SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF JANUARY 5th, 2026.
TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins on January 5th, 2026, and ends at 5:00PM Central Time on March 13th, 2026 ("Promotional Period"). All eligible participants that open a qualifying deposit account or a qualifying loan at Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union (“BHFCU”) and mention this sweepstakes at the time of account opening/loan application (or enter promo code RODEO if opening/applying online) during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered. Qualifying deposit account means: any new consumer deposit account opened and funded during the promotional period. Qualifying loan means: any new consumer loan account approved and funded during the promotional period. Commercial and Real Estate loans excluded. Alternate entry method: Hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code and the words "BHFCU Rodeo Houston Sweepstakes", day and evening telephone numbers and email, on a 3" x 5" card, affix proper postage and mail in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope to: Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union ATTN: Rodeo Houston Sweepstakes, 3800 Massey Tompkins Rd, Baytown, TX 77521. All written entries must be postmarked by March 7th, 2026, and received by March 13th, 2026. Limit one entry per envelope. Limit one sweepstakes entry. Opening a qualifying account/loan does not increase your chances of winning. Your BHFCU account/loan application or submission of a mail-in entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to new or existing BHFCU members that open a qualifying deposit account or a qualifying loan during the promotional period, or anyone who submit a written entry form under these rules during the promotional period. Membership eligibility and $5 membership share deposit required to join BHFCU and open additional credit union products. Qualifying account/loan must open and funded and membership must be in good standing at the time of random drawing. Employees and directors of BHFCU and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of such employees are ineligible for the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. You must be 18 or older to win. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable, federal, state, local laws and regulations.
2. RANDOM DRAWINGS: A random drawings will be held on or about March 16th, 2026. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. Prizes/award is nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except by BHFCU who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value.
3. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) set of tickets to Rodeo Houston, which includes two (2) admission tickets and one (1) parking pass; ticket type and date of entry to be selected by BHFCU. Total value of prize may vary based on ticket type and date; estimated value up to: $500. All federal, state, or local income or other taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Tickets will be delivered to winner’s home address if physical tickets, or to winner’s email address if eTicket. BHFCU is not responsible for additional costs associated with attending Rodeo Houston, including but not limited to travel expenses, hotel accommodations, etc.
4. GENERAL RULES: All federal, state or local income or other taxes, are the responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. All materials submitted become the sole property of BHFCU and will not be returned. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BHFCU and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, and assigns (collectively "Releasees"), from any injuries, losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, non-use or misuse of the prize that may be awarded. Releasees are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries or mail. If, in BHFCU’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, BHFCU reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the sweepstakes, or to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all transactions and write-in entries received as of the termination date.
