ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026, and ends at 5:00PM Central Time on June 30, 2026 ("Promotional Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are age 18 years or older as of June 1, 2026, and have a Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union (BHFCU) membership or open a new BHFCU membership^. Exclusions apply~. 

HOW TO ENTER: There are (3) ways to enter. 

Method #1: Purchase Entry. To be automatically entered, open an auto, boat, ATV, or RV secured consumer loan account. Loans must be approved and funded during the promotional period. Internal refinances (loans already financed with BHFCU) excluded. Commercial and Real Estate loans excluded.

Method #2: Alternate Method of Entry/Social Media Entry: To enter without making a purchase, like and share the official @Bayer HFCU Anything is Popsicle Facebook® post, using #anythingispopsiclebhfcu or liking and reposting the official @bayerhfcu Anything is Popsicle Instagram® post, using #anythingispopsiclebhfcu

Method#3: Alternate Method of Entry/Mail-in Entry: To enter without making a purchase, hand print your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes), and the words "BHFCU Summer Loan Promo Sweepstakes", telephone number(s) and email, on a 3" x 5" card, affix proper postage and mail in a hand-addressed, business-size (#10) envelope to:

All written entries must be postmarked by June 23, 2026, and received by June 30, 2026. Limit one entry per envelope. Limit one Purchase Entry and one Alternate Entry per person. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Your loan application, social media post or submission of a mail-in entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes.

PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE(ARV)/ODDS: Four (4) Grand prizes: A cooler, cup, and $1,000 with AVR of $1200.00 USD. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period. Prizes are “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty from BHFCU. Local winners will pick up prizes at select BHFCU location; prizes for non-local winners will be mailed to home address. Monetary prizes will be mailed in form of check or credited to BHFCU account.

RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about July 1, 2026. 

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by telephone or email (when possible), or social media messaging. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes/award is nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except by BHFCU who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. 

GENERAL: All federal, state or local income or other taxes, are the responsibility of the winner. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless BHFCU and all of their respective employees, directors, officers, and assigns (collectively "Releasees"), from any injuries, losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, non-use or misuse of the prize that may be awarded. Releasees are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries or mail.
